● You may cancel your order within 3 days of placing it. To proceed with a cancellation, please contact us via email.
● If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible, but we encourage you to reach out for further assistance.

2. Return Conditions
● We do not accept returns without reason due to food safety and product integrity concerns.
● If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 2 days of receipt with photos and your order number for us to assess the situation.

3. Refund Procedure
● In cases of confirmed damage, we will arrange for a return. Please send the product back and provide us with the tracking information via email.
● Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you promptly.
● Refunds will be processed within 5 business days and credited to your original method of payment.

4. Special Conditions
● Undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses will only qualify for partial refunds.
● For specific requirements in some countries, such as personal pickup or import duty payments, failure to comply will result in only a partial refund of the order value.
